The Rodin Museum was opened in 1919, The collection is comprised of 6,600 sculptures, 8,000 drawings, 8,000 old photographs and 7,000 objets d’art, which attracts 700,000 visitors every year. It is home to some of Rodin’s most significant works, such as the Thinker, the Gates of Hell and the Kiss. Alongside his own works, the museum also exhibits some of what Rodin had collected during his life, including works by Renoir and Monet.
